There is no login on this website: your data only opens in the app, on your phone.
Frequently asked questions
What if I lose my phone?
The data on the phone is encrypted and the app only opens with the phone's lock. From another device, you can sign out of all devices. To recover your account, there is a recovery kit that you keep when you create the account.
Does it work offline?
Yes, for viewing: the emergency summary and the copy of your passport open without a connection. Sharing with a professional and changing data need internet.
Does the healthcare professional need to install anything?
No. They type the code into a web page, on a computer or a phone, and can only read. They never change your data.
Can I sign in from a computer?
No. There is no login on the website: your data only opens in the app, on your phone, after you unlock it. On a computer, only the healthcare professional uses the pro.vidapass.app page, and only with the code you show them.
Does VidaPass give medical advice?
No. It only shows what you wrote. It does not interpret values, make diagnoses or tell you what to do.
How much does it cost?
The price has not been decided yet. We will announce it here before launch.
When will it be available?
There is no date yet. The app is being tested, for iPhone and Android.
